Static Guard / Unarmed Security Officer

Static security guards are perceived as carrying out a covert policing duty. This could be done to safeguard assets, people, or property. Our unarmed security guards are chosen according to strict standards that include physical appearance, age, and health. Our employees are well-versed in emergency procedures, firearm handling, communication, and legal rights. Prior to being assigned, each employee must complete basic security training.

Following are the minimum standards requirements our security officers and guards must meet:

  • Age Range : 21 - 55 years old

  • Academic : Minimum PMR or higher

  • Speaking : Bahasa Melayu / English / Local Language .

  • Writing : Bahasa Melayu / English.

  • Health : Passed medical checkup under government clinics/ hospitals .

  • Record : No criminal record

They are required to pass security screening by the Ministry of Home Affairs as well as the Royal Malaysian Police. As an added benefit, we train our security officers in extra competencies like first aid and fire management, which will enable them to carry out their duties in any situation. To guarantee that the security officer on the job maintains the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness, security training becomes fundamental.
